Our story
After careful consideration, my parents decided to sell two well-maintained brick houses connected by a large, well-kept shared garden, located on the outskirts of San Isidro del General.
Parents here in senior age
They spent almost half a year in one of the houses every year (the period when it is winter in the Czech Republic) and enjoyed the warmth there. They rent out the other house. You can do the same.
Ideal place
Are you thinking about spending a longer part of the year in the warmth far "beyond the high seas",
in a place with an ideal climate and a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius? Maybe you are even thinking about leaving Europe and moving?
The ideal place for this new beginning of yours could be Costa Rica, the province of Pérez Zéledón and the city of San Isidro del General.
Fairy Garden
You will live in a clean house
with a tropical fruit garden where you can pick bananas, carambola, lemons, soursop, bite into an avocado or orange and relax in the shade of coconut palms.
Hummingbirds regularly fly to the garden every day, toucans and other bird species visit the tall trees, and a black squirrel walks on the coconuts, finding its place here.
and the frog Boženka and the lizard Karel.
The houses are in the city, but still in the village...
... when the crowing of roosters heralds a new day. :-)
Each house has a built-up area of 126 m2.
and will provide comfortable accommodation for 4-5 people. You will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a large shared dining room with kitchen, a small room and a brick garage. The houses are located
in a landscaped common garden with ornamental trees. Total plot size
is 1,120 m2. The houses are connected to electricity
and water and are insured.
The properties are ideal for a larger family or two friendly families who could together use the large garden and swimming pool, which is now under construction and needs to be completed.

San Isidro del General is an excellent address
The city lies at an altitude of 700 m and offers a full life as we are used to.
from Bohemia and Europe, with all the services, shops and schools available.
The added value is the excellent driving range
to the ocean and the mountains. The city is a great starting point for climbing the highest peak in Costa Rica, Cerro Chirripo, 3,820 m above sea level, and also a strategic location for other mountain treks, waterfalls, Nayuaca, the Pacific beaches of Dominical and Uvita

We will leave the houses with all the equipment, from dishes to tools, a car cart, ladders, drills, etc. In return, you will receive our long-standing experience.
For example, where to find the best gardeners, where to find a reliable car service. We will advise you on where to buy the best fruit and vegetables. We will give you recommendations for schools for your children, dentists and other doctors. We will add reliable neighbors and friends.
